Membership Policy

Introduction

This Membership Policy (“Policy”) establishes the terms and conditions for individuals or entities (“Members”) who enroll in the PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming Program (“Program”). By applying for and activating membership, you (“Member”) confirm your acceptance of and agreement to abide by this Policy.

Membership Benefits

Upon successful enrollment and payment, Members gain access to:

• Wholesale pricing on all products available in the PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming Program.
• Exclusive access to preorders at wholesale pricing.
• Special discounts and promotions available only to Members.
• Priority access to new product releases and restocks.
• A dedicated support team to assist with inquiries and concerns.

Membership Eligibility

To qualify for membership, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Complete and submit the membership application form.
• Agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
• Pay the applicable membership fee in full at the time of application.

Membership Fee

• Payment: Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of application.
• Non-Refundable: All membership fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage, cancellation, or membership duration.
• Renewals: Renewal fees will be charged in full on the renewal date. Unless canceled in writing before the renewal date, the fee will automatically be charged.

Membership Term

• Memberships are valid for one (1) month.
• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled by the Member before their renewal date.
• Renewal ensures uninterrupted access to all membership benefits.

Member Responsibilities

All Members must:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information with PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming.
• Use their membership exclusively for accessing the PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming Program.
• Refrain from sharing or transferring membership access to non-members or third parties.

Termination of Membership

PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion if a Member violates this Policy.

• Terminated or suspended memberships are not eligible for refunds or reinstatements.
• Members will receive written notice of termination, including the reason.
• Members may appeal by contacting our support team at info@playloadwholesale.com.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this Policy must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Arizona, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Members waive the right to pursue class actions or litigation in court.

Limitations of Liability

• PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership use, including lost profits or inability to access benefits.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current membership term.

Privacy and Data Use

• PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming is committed to protecting Member information.
• Data collected is used solely to administer the Program and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• All data will be safeguarded in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Members agree not to:

• Resell or misuse membership benefits for unauthorized purposes.
• Use membership access to compete with PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming.
• Engage in any actions that disrupt PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming operations.

Force Majeure

PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming is not responsible for delays or failures to provide membership benefits caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. Members will be notified of any delays or changes.

Changes to Membership Policy

• PlayLoad Wholesale Gaming reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time.
• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
• Continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
